Same. The character is done.
Lol they’re fully sapient.
“We have tried everything but originality and it has all failed.” You’re talking to a website whose primary criticism was that Andromeda was just more of the same but lazier.
The Geth and EDI are not living beings. They are machines built by living beings to serve a purpose and as such, their creators can choose to decommission them when they are outdated or unnecessary. Therefore, it is not genocide to destroy them.
but given that the Kett invasion was still happening at the end of Mass Effect: Andromeda,
I really don’t wanna rehash ME3 ending shit this much later, but skipping over the literal genocide induced by the Destroy ending as one of the “downsides” is so wild lol

I really hope it’s not Shepard in any form.
I’m not sure if it would be great for ME to turn Shepherd in some kind of larger than life Master Chief figure that gets out of hand and ridiculous.
I mean, if you really wanted to justify Shepherd existing in some sense six centuries later, there’s the fact that Shepherd already died once and she was retrofitted with considerable cybernetics to bring her back. Plus, in 2/3 of the viable endings she merges, in a sense, with the God-Computer.

While the company’s transparency here is admirable
I wasn’t disagreeing with your point; I was pointing out that it’s Monday and “we” are talking about a movie that isn’t even out until Friday. It’s tough to examine anything neutrally in the framework of a narrative that we can’t actually evaluate until Friday at the earliest. So, returning to your point with my…
You can’t expect entertainment journalists* to spend endless microseconds verifying the spelling of an entertainers name, can you?
They can’t/won’t even deal with their troll problem. You really expect them to know how to spell the name of the director they’re writing about? You’re asking for too much.
Isn't it DaCosta with Da and not De?
Sometimes we can wait until a movie is out before we determine things like:
