There's only one clipboard enhancement that I wish to Jobs would appear in OS X (and, by extension, Windows) is a "clipboard swap". Highlight text, COPY, highlight other text, then SWAP. The other text gets moved into the clipboard, and the text that was in the clipboard replaces the highlighted text.
