I’ve always had a problem with in-ear and it’s that it fits perfectly in one ear, but not the other. I tried the different sized rubber tips they provide, but I must be between sizes because either it’s slightly too lose, or slightly too tight and either way they eventually fall out.... If I had the money I’d try one…

This is a personal preference, but your camera setting is way to sensitive! made me feel dizzy watching the video, which never happens to me...
