Today's announcements have convinced me to buy a Switch with my next income tax return. Nothing I want to play this year, but Metroid 4 and Pokemon Switch in 2018 is just what I wanted.

Well, which genre of comedy does the show mostly fall into? I couldn't put my finger on it when I watched the first season.

It was sometime between when Episode I was released in theaters and the 1997 Special Editions were released on VHS.

There were a few good years where Netflix had almost everything before it had any real competition. Now so much content is split over Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and first-party streaming services, if you want everything is basically like paying for cable again.

Netflix needs to reinvest in its backcatalog. Half of their original programming is crap and they keep losing more than their gain.

i would have rather had a direct Prometheus 2 than this. Hate that they basically dropped all of the plot points from Prometheus to just setup another Alien film.

That was a better episode than the last few, but the only reason I keep watching this show is that its nice to pretend to have a competent, sane, and earnest president again.

So next episode will be a big flashback episode of what their plan was so that what we saw as Iris dying didn't really happen?

I want a post-TNG show. Another prequel that has to tip-toe around canon isn't appealing to me.
