Not to get pedantic on your pedantry, but:

It more or less follows the comics. They’ll probably be all back by the end of Avengers 4. Heindall, Loki, Gamora, etc. as well when they get the Infinity gauntlet back.

I’d seen enough “this is definitely part 1 of 2" comments that I figured something catastrophically bad was gonna happen that would take time travel to fix, but it was still surprising just *how many* they killed.

Only if they started the sequel Supernatural style with “Carry On My Wayward Son” recapping Tony Stark and the Avengers journey so far.

Doctor Strange has clearly used the Time Stone before Thanos got it.

It’s funny that right when I heard the voice I knew it was Red Skull, because I thought I recognized Hugo Weaving’s voice. Then as he was talking later on in the scene, it sounded less like him. Guess it was close enough that without the visual, the voice similarity was enough for my mind to connect it.

That’s totally how I read that scene. Especially with the “endgame” comment.

WELL...my thoughts are that Thanos has to “rest” feel like he accomplished something to let his guard down. Now we can steal the gauntlet.

Yeah, I know they’ll bring back at least most of the characters, but I was still surprised when they killed off T’Challa, both Peters, Dr. Strange.

As soon as I saw that the original 5 (probably 6 with Hawkeye) all made it through, I just kept hearing Tony in my head saying, “If we can’t protect the Earth…you can be damn well sure we’ll avenge it.”

BROOOO. He got a hold of Wong and told him the deal. Now OG Avengers will reteam with Wong, and Captain Marvel to go back in time and reverse the events of the first Avengers movie. Loki is definitely not dead bc he said just before he dies that he’s a “Master Tricker” or whatever, so that’s all good. Also he hinted…
