Being from Ohio and unfortunately still residing here, I can assure you there absolutely are.
He also has had a large number of “mini-strokes” which don’t have the lasting effects of typical stroke, but still.
I mean, they COULD be making a pro model and maybe this will take the original model out of production? Kind of like how Sony and Microsoft release the slim versions of their respective consoles a couple years after they come out. To me, making it the same price kind of points to it just replacing the original.
Totally understand that! The only recent turn based game I really enjoyed was Octopath Traveler, and it was the storytelling that really had me captivated.
I used to have one but don’t anymore. My buddy said good things about Awakenings, but I never got around to playing it. I’m normally wary of turn-based combat, but I like the style in this game. Reminds me of Stratego a bit, which is one of my favorite board games.
John Douglas believed that as well, but he felt that based on the evidence available, Williams was only guilty of 11 murders and that he may not have been resposible for the rest of the murders. I don’t know much about the case beyond what was provided in the “Mindhunter” book, but I remember that specifically.
Fantastic! Thank you!
Never played a Fire Emblem game, but this definitely sold me on giving Three Houses a shot! Are there any details story-wise I need to know before coming into the game, or are they all standalone titles?
Metroidvania is a subgenre, though. They aren’t a genre, but rather a subgenre that suggests a more specific kind of game than something like “first person shooter” would imply.
It looks terrific! I can’t wait for this. The first game is one of my favorite games I’ve played, and definitely my favorite on the Switch so far (among many great titles). So excited that Christopher Larkin is doing the music again because that was such a fantastic part of the first game. Thanks for sharing this!
DS3 is probably the most accessible game out of the ones I’ve played (DS1, 2, and 3, Bloodborne, and Sekiro). DS1 is challenging but much easier with the remastered version. DS2 is difficult but feels more like an endurance test than anything. Bloodborne is my favorite of the whole group, and the final boss of the DLC…
Let ‘em hate. I’m with you. I wish I had an Xbox so I could play this.
Agreed. And they even mention on their site that their intention is to sell it directly next to meat in grocery stores, that way meat eaters are more likely to notice it and consider giving it a try.
I don’t know, I thought he was pretty good in Magnolia.
Same here. One of my favorite games from the PS2 era was Freedom Fighters. I went into Blockbuster to pick up something else that was checked out, and I saw this and gave it a shot. Wound up buying a used copy there. I have so many great memories playing that game with my friends. But I never would’ve picked it up if…
And if you’re wanting a Switch game, Redbox doesn’t even bother carrying them (at least in my area, I don’t know if others do).
A few people mentioned this, so I started up the game last night. I immediately got a few pieces just from visiting the robot in the Tower. I have no idea where I’m supposed to go with that quest, but I didn’t realize they made it quite so easy to jump back in.

I’d be cool with that, for sure! Not sure your response was directed at me necessarily, because I wouldn’t mind revisiting the moon from D1 if they expanded on it.
