Beat me to it. Both Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are extremely protective of their copyrights, even going so far as to dictating what the artists can and can't do with their own work. Apparently, WotC obtains almost complete copyright for artwork from the artists, even going to far as to issuing cease-and-desist
