we have no smog check in Stark County Ohio, though Summit (one county north, think Akron) does. If they get smog check here, my brother said he's moving. That or he'll force his whole family to drive pre-smog regulated vehicles. I know that's what my next purchase would be.

The best thing I've read about the PZEVs is that they have to be certified to run something like 150,000 miles from the factory, with no drivetrain or engine problems. I dunno how often you'd have to change filters and such... but the 150,000 mi. inherent warrantee is a pretty good plus for this vehicle.
