Its a small issue to me my issue is finding a AC Adapter for it Amazon japan sold out due to scalpers even before the console itself. And now i can only find it available through Nin Nin game but for over twice what its actually worth. So i guess ill wait.

Pokemon Go was never supposed to be a full fledged game that could replace an official Pokemon game. It was designed as a lite game to advertise pokemon to a large audience that would otherwise be unaware.

I agree with you completely hopefully other companies will follow suit, your making money off someone else’s work the bare minimum people can do is follow the rules set forth by the company because in the end they have every right to bar you from doing such a thing.
