My Dinner With Andre is intensely unfunny. Like an improv sketch with players who think any random, absurd story can and will be funny through sheer force of talent and determination.

Where is ‘blog’?

It’s almost like award shows are a waste of time to which no attention should be paid.

I know this may come off as crazy talk, but hear me out.

The movie looked fine. Even the screen grab above that’s constantly been shit on since the trailer came out didn’t look near as bad in the theaters for all the shit it got on the internet the last couple of months. People just need to stop being jaded assholes all the time and enjoy things

Call me a curmudgeon, but I didn’t think Lightyear or Turning Red or Luca or Onward (or Soul, for that matter, though it wasn’t mentioned in that article) were any good in comparison to Pixar’s golden age.

Johnny Depp won. Amber Heard is guilty of defamation. Ellen Barkin, you cannot re-write history in order to extend your 15 minutes of fame. Men AND women are both capable of toxicity and we’ve seen yours, and we will not be gaslit by any gender any longer - sincerely, a WOMAN, who believes evidence over agenda.

gosh what  a misandrist

The most toxic work environments I’ve worked in were female dominated. So gossipy, catty... so much backstabbing.

The Scream 6 marketing is out of control.

If I had a nickel for every article about “superhero fatigue” I could fund my own cinematic universe.

>> “The Doctor Strange sequel which, much like Quantumania, failed to wow critics, actually had the best opening of any film last year...” <<

You’re not alone, I really enjoyed both Love and Thunder and Multiverse of Madness.

Just like Love and Thunder, I saw this movie before anyone could tell me I was supposed to not like it. So now I’m stuck having the wrong opinion about it, as dictated by society. Sorry, I guess.

First, nobody actually cares what “Phase” we are in. And no one is actually worried about “homework” in watching other shows. I never wound up seeing Wandavision (one of a few marvel streaming shows I have missed) yet I had zero problem following the Dr. Strange sequel (liked it quite a bit in fact).

Around here, you usually err on the side of outrage.

I’m confused. Am I supposed to be outraged now or not? Give me clear instructions, AV Club!
