No, there is a difference between road rage, and actively trying to protect your life because of a traumatic episode. He seemed genuinely scared and threatened. I'm not a doctor, but I've been in the Navy and with Marines for 5 years so far and this appears to be a ptsd episode. That's just my humble opinion.
