He has been nerfed so many times already, he’s all but useless in higher tiers now. He takes so long to setup for a good flank and if anyone sees him he can get DPS’d down in a second. I can understand the frustration of going against him in lower ranks, but any more nerfs will put him in Symmetra territory.

The argument for difficulty settings has always been baseless and stupid. When a new From game comes out YouTube gets flooded with exploit and cheese strategy videos. Then, as we saw with Elden Ring, the most popular mods for the PC version were those that allowed you to tweak the difficulty.
