I have found one instance where this mod actually helps. I was doing a Brotherhood quest for “GET DEM VEG-ET-ABLES!” and my low Charisma character just flat out got refused. So I murdered the farmer, oh look, he had a kid. The kid completely blocked me from taking over the farm because he is -technically- still an NPC…
