I personally think this one is even better. I just hope that’s still a mullet he’s sporting.

Oh well Paul Newman was in a class by himself. Just no comparison because Newman had it all: looks (the most famous blue eyes in Hollywood), sex appeal, talent, intelligence and that amazing magnetism he possessed. Hands down he was a far better actor than Redford (and a lot of other people). The guy was a giant.

I started listening to country right before Shelton’s first single (Austin) broke big. He had a mullet for the first like two years of his fame that he wore with a cowboy hat and refused (REFUSED) to get rid of it. I have never been able to see him as anything other than he was in those first years.

Blake is sexy I dunno what y’all are going on about

Considering he started out like this, we all have a chance.

First of all you can begin by reporting honestly. This wasn’t sexual assault. This was a man attempting voyeurism. There is no connection. 2nd, this was in the early 2000s, Louis was not famous or powerful and no one was at risk of losing their jobs. And last, no one was forced to do anything they didn’t want to do.

You had me at “bread boats.”

I think she brought it up in the interview to show that her coming forward wasn’t a political gesture (since she votes Republican), since Roy Moore is saying both the WaPo and his accusers are attempting a political smear job on him.

This is gross, but if you look at the entirety of the American public reflected in the study, so is everyone else. Catholics are the least likely to consider immoral actors as fit for office at a depressing 58%. Everybody else is higher than that, including the religiously unaffiliated. Note: PRRI is also kinda shady

As did I, and I am, unfortunately, temporarily back. Rest assured it’s still a festering pile of ass, but Jones has a very good chance, and did even before this. Now, the fact that these revelations have only had a single-digit impact on Moore’s polling definitely speaks to the steadfast shittiness of your average

“...treating his interactions with Corfman as a consensual relationship.”
Yeah, a consensual relationship between a man in his thirties and an eighth grade girl is called child molestation. And we called it that back in 1979, too.

The woman who was assaulted at 14 and voted Trump also sticks with me. This is definitely a white=GOP thing, definitely. But is it only that? A woman Dem relative said to me in living memory, “I’d hate to be raising young men nowadays with all these women crying rape.” I am a rape survivor and she knows. After I

It would have been nice to hear, but this woman is already taking an enormous risk just by speaking up about sexual violence in a state like Alabama.

Many of her neighbors will have already labeled her a slut. The general consensus at her church will be that she was asking for it and ‘its no better than she deserves.’

I wish somebody would make an announcement to this effect: People who are considering voting for Moore? He doesn’t care about you if you’re poor. He thinks you’re trash, and that your daughters are trash, and he’s going to target them for rape. If you have money he’s going to target them for grooming before raping

Such a good point.

The last paragraph of this Denver Post article left me stunned and shaking my head.

Remember when Jimmy Carter was seriously attacked for lusting in his heart? Remember when the Evangelicals pretended like they cared about how politicians acted?

I feel like this is a bad idea. My imaginary friend already knows I’m a loon. I don’t think writing it down will make it less true.

The most important line(until now) that Naomi has had was this, in answer to Rebecca’s “Don’t you want me to be happy?”:

So let me get this straight, he asked all of the women for consent - they all said yes. None worked for him? They were just other comedians? The claim that he pulled one of the women into a room or something wasn’t mentioned in the NYT article.
