But that’s how leases work. Youcan’t just turn the car in whenever you want.

why would you expect to not pay the money you owe for the duration of the lease, though

If you let a single bad interaction with a dealer’s finance manager put you off a brand, you’ll run out pretty quickly.

Cool car, but interior is too tired for the mega-bucks he/she is asking for. Reluctant CP.

Man, have they sold FSD to so many different people at so many different price points— and are unlikely to ever deliver what they promised on these hardware platforms to date.

Tesla drivetrains are horribly unreliable. They normally need motors replaced by 60k miles. And some Tesla battery packs end up catching fire for no reason. And they’re not even 10 years old yet- can you imagine what they’ll be like at 15 years old (assuming they last that long)?

More importantly, it was a dealer that was obviously out to try and screw him with excess work.

Owner did work themselves not factoring in their own labor costs, overhead, equipment costs, tools, and also did not sell parts to himself for a profit. Oh yeah, and no worker’s comp, insurance, or other things required to run a business does job for far less.

And investors unwilling to live with years of multi-billion dollar losses or tolerate unfunded warranty liabilities.

Shockingly, the fleets of Taycans have been regularly TESTING. out in the real world. TESTING.

So, basically, non-Tesla carmakers have standards?

The right answer is unquestionably a used Lexus LS or GS. A few year old GS 350 AWD F Sport is pretty nice looking.

I mean, couldn’t *one* of you have given him a reasonable answer?  The only non-troll answer is the Acadia, and he literally said he had no use for an SUV.  I get that there’s a comedy element, but I thought there were supposed to be a few helpful suggestions?

But think of how much fun you’re having if that’s the kind of thing you enjoy!

Nah, i agree that its inexcusable. Im not saying it should have super cruise yet, but at this point i think the car would be capable of keeping up with traffic. the truck does have forward collision tech on it for the times you arent paying attention.  All ACC would add is the ability to let the truck gently slow down

I’m hesitant to call it a detail, but the lacking air filter is certainly one I can’t get over, especially for 15 large.

Maybe a totaled BMW and a blown WRX engine/trans?

What the fuck is up with ALL of these suggestions?

The seller calls it “Baby?”  What is he, a Dirty Dancing fan-boi?  Having driven a couple of these when I worked at a Toy store, $13.5 is waaaay too much for this underpowered buckboard.  CP Baby.

Hyundai Elantra is my king of the compacts
