I agree.
I agree.
If bolts didn’t come with a government grant (25% of retail?) they wouldn’t sell more than a few thousand.
1. That the GM CEO was a democrat should surprise one.
It is seat height not ride height that matters to that demo. Minivans etc can provide that.
And your point is?
What a garbage attitude. In time it could well be orphans in the car and a rich guy crossing the street to go to a high end bar.
Public roads you share with others. And the government has the power to regulate their use and what is used on them. This they can make it illegal to use motorcycles based on safety just as they force carmakers to install airbags and seat belts.
Again i just want to see them banned from public roads.
Yes bicycles and Motorcycles should be banned from public roads. You seem to not understand the difference between driving on publically regulated roads and other activities that happen on private land.
Not saying that they have seat belts - the safety issues of bikes are almost entirely unsolvable. The solution is banning them.Either that or deregulate/remove automobile safety regs. Would you be opposed to that?
The other examples you cite are not on public roads. Huge difference.
The why aren’t we able to drive more dangerous cars?
The old beetle couldn’t be made as safe as current cars and they stopped making them. Why should motorcycles not face the same fate?
New bikes should be banned. Old bikes can be grandfathered. Ditto pedal bikes.
We aren’t allowed to buy new cars that do not have seatbelts and airbags - why are we allowed to buy motorcycles without them?
Motorcycle production for the street should have been banned years ago. 35 times more deadly than Cara according to one Brit survey.
Harley has some of the highest brand loyalty of ANY product. BMW certainly has brand recognition in cycles but breaking into fortress Harley is as hard a thing in marketing as there is.
Its probably been stated already but pretty much every one of these while they might make you look rich they will absolutely make you poorer.
Western Canadians who drive and haul loads long distances over dirt roads and snow covered roads.
Using the touchscreen probably reduces the cost significantly for many reasons not the least being having to design every vehicle in the line-up to have the buttons.
