Minnesota and wisconsin while they are neighbours are very different. WI relies on manufacturing to a much higher degree and is not the transport hub that MN is. And that WI relies on Ill to prosper - and Il is a left 0wing basket case politically.

No need to talk to a loan officer. Their job can be done via an online robot. Just check out Thinkingcapital.ca or rocket mortgages. Thus it all can be done on an ipad with no human interaction other than some guy dropping off the car (and that could be eliminated if you just go to a nearby automated pick-up lot)

The revolution in sales really has yet to hit the auto industry. But it is coming. Car sales guys need to think of how they can remain a part of the Car sales future or get out. A reduction in their numbers of about 90% seems about right - their will be continued demand for more specialized commercial sales advice

Toyota is right to focus on hydrogen - EVs won’t work in large numbers.

You cite Norway? Sitting on more energy per capita than any other country outside of the Persian gulf would explain the high income.

That happens at any speed on a neon:

Baloney. If the cost is below the price production can be rapidly brought online - THAT ability to ramp up production quickly is what has changed/destroyed opecs ability to control prices.

Actual accessible oil at these prices from the Bakken is probably less than ten percent of that. But otherwise your point is valid.

Can’t be done non OPEC reserves are profitable at current prices.

Recent cost of extraction surveys puts the cost of Canadian Permian basin oil at 26$ Canadian. Oil sands vary above or below that.

“As a society we HAVE TO work together” is socialist double-speak for “take away individual liberty”.

Not in most of rural Western North america:

And the average amount of time someone is driving a car per day?

What I’m not sure I have seen written about re: autonomous cars is the huge benefit it will deliver to the restaurant and bar business. NO more DUI risk means people will be able to drink without worry of being arrested. I think it will have a massive societal impact as a result.

“Shit commutes” are about 70% of what people drive their cars for.

I am very interested in autonomous cars. And lots of others are too.

Neutral: unserious question and unserious poll.

It wasn’t the adulterous act that disqualified both clintons - it was the coverup in bill’s case and hillary’s attacking of her husband’s adulterous partner in her quest to help her husband hang onto power.

Ridiculous Marxist rhetoric.

Tell that to the railways, airline, trucking and communications industries.
