Sorry, but the "we're losing a competitor" angle rarely works in real life. The problem with the free market is that we don't actually have one.

As an iPad owner (16 GB 3G), my only HARDWARE-related complaint, from before I bought it until after about two weeks of use, was the lack of a built-in USB port.
