I loved Phil and Jay in this episode. The scene in the car was great.
Also "Joe is stuck in the well" made me laugh out loud!
Oh and Lily's face when she sat at the table was brilliant haha

Yes the weird kissing was also weird because of Carol, but at that point in the episode they seemed less close than they used to be.
