As someone who consumed all of the games AND the books and the few attempts to give us a “live” series or story (and like most of it for what it was) I can say I was at first disappointed that the series decided to ignore most of that and go their own way.

For me, a no one, this whole thing where we try to figure out if X copies from Y too much is just not how art is made. Everything is a copy and there is nothing original in the world.

Unregardless

I mean, Scott Pilgrim vs The World did a version of this in 2010 so if anything Sword Of Symphony copied that. Of course, Scott Pilgrim isn’t the first to showcase a musical fight scene either.

I'm 100% sure Disney ripped off my Moon Knight art I made in 2014 for the show.

As someone who is largely anti-corporate, pro-independent devs, and pro artist’s rights: this is low-brow bullshit and shouldn’t be reposted anywhere ever again.

I say that once the Dems do pick up 3 or 4 solidly blue seats, that they just summarily oust Manchin from all of his posts and just have him declare that he has been a Republican spoiler all this time. He thinks himself some sort of king, but even they can fall on their own sword from time to time.

I mean they both did still get support from the Democrats Party Comittee though. And while Sienma is on her first term and seemed more in line when she ran for her term, Manchin has been a Dem pol for a while (this is what, his second time as senator, and I assume he held other offices).

Well in that case I guess I have a problem then, as I don’t drink... :P

Iwata San was the only CEO who could pull his weight with the workers.

Spiders on my face, eh? Just listen to this...

The stills look real, but there’s a phenomenon that immediately gives it away in the video for me. Can someone explain what this is: when the camera rotates, it feels like the edges of objects stretch or elongate in an unnatural way.

This was an abuse of power and gross misconduct, but this was not grooming. Everyone involved was an adult at the time. Grooming, by definition, is something an adult does to a minor. Stop infantalizing yourselves.

holy shit we got a live one folks

Cloud servers are now much harder to manage.

“Also, to be clear, I’m not even defending this shit,”

That will never happen.

Your cheque is in the mail. Thank you for your service, now nobody will suspect that I, Admiral Fungible, am the true figure behind the push against non-fungibility.

Yeah that was a weird argument. Cloud started because major global services like Amazon had excess server resources and wanted to make money from renting them out instead of having them sit idle. From day one, the point of cloud has been to convert high capex into low opex and grant an enormous amount of resource

Even if you believed there was inherent value to decentralized financial records, the blockchain is not the means to do it with. Torrenting is decentralized with little to no environmental impact, for example. By contrast, blockchains are quite specifically setup for speculative profit. They all use a cost-based
