Yeah, for the most part. You can freeze ginger root pretty well, and it’ll keep alot of its properties after thawing. 

Hangovers and flu-like symptoms are very similar for some people.

From what I’ve heard (and witnessed), the immune response of the 2nd dose is much more pronounced. So while I hope it's not bad, it could definitely be worse than the first dose.
