Going from WA to WV has been an eye opener for me on income taxes. Both federal and state income here.

Eventually yeah, but most brine will last a while, if they contain enough vinegar/salt. A store bought brine will last longer than a homemade one too, obviously. 

Same thing goes for any brine like that. Really, it’s surprising more people don’t cook with them more often.

The problem there is that roundabouts, unlike a 4-way stop, require cars to constantly be in motion. It’s much safer and easier to make decisions proactively, rather than reactively, as one would at a 4-way stop compared to a roundabout.
