Heh, I mean, perhaps more like the sticks than where you might be, but there’s a fair amount more grocery stores and places to shop at here than in the deeper wooded, more mountainous locations nearby.
Where I’m at, finding even pancetta can be a little difficult (let alone guanciale) without driving 45 min to grab some, and I’m not even in the sticks or anything. So I imagine its probably a little difficult to find some for alot of people.
