Good lord there is a menagerie of ingredients in that copycat recipe. Like, a veritable clown car full of ingredients. And not even complimentary ingredients, but like half of what’s in any one person’s spice cabinet.

That people think there's a huge difference between portion sizes between the two countries is bewildering. 

I mean, they’re the same thing. What they’re refered to as in each region is mostly irrelevant.

If there was perhaps 16 years of actual lore to follow, sure. MH has never been much about lore, it’s a game about killing stronger and stronger monsters for loot, to kill stronger and stronger monsters. Which isn’t to say there is no lore whatsoever, of course.

That all somehow sounds like a euphemism. 

With the major changes to leveling this xpac, you might have better luck getting into it, now that leveling is much, much more streamlined (and faster). 

The 18th century would actually be quite a fitting place for her as a woman. I’m sure she’d just love having no voice or agency whatsoever, being a handmaid and all.
