Well, considering logic cannot be applied to creative and personal choices (like what we enjoy eating or watching on TV), as it is just a method of inferring a subjects validity through deductive reasoning; well..... you kind of have to provide a logical question first.

I think, other than plain ‘ol how to cook a tender & juicy (i.e. Not dry or rubbery) chicken breast reliably is a good start. That and perfecting a pan fried steak (which is something where experience is the only real help).
