Got my ‘68 Cutlass when I was in college in 1995. Not my first car, but the first car I bought with my own money. It steps in as my daily every time my newer car lets me down (like this week).

I don’t think I’ll ever remember that the Chargers moved to LA. In a decade, I’ll see LAC on the ticker at the bottom of the screen and still think that the Clippers are playing the Broncos for some reason.
I have no issue with carrying liability insurance at a reasonable rate.
Imo this is a pretty simplistic reduction of people who live in rural communities to stereotypes of gun owners. Are some of those stereotypes there for a reason? Sure. But just anecdotally, as someone who also grew up in a rural area, the people who own guns for actual practical purposes (predator/ pest control,…
It’s actually really difficult unless you go to the parking lot of a gun show with about $3000 then you can get pretty much anything. I’ve had guns for my entire life and come from a family with 4 generations of gun collecting, hunting, and target shooting history and I think gun shows are the easiest, lowest hanging…

Another interesting aspect of this staff meal question was that, as a front-of-house worker, you were never to be seen eating while working, sneaking some food here and there, for whatever reason, in whatever fashion. It was big trouble if you got caught. The only exception was when the cooks/chefs would introduce a…
So many policies for so many restaurants, I can’t remember them all.
So,
Here’s a list of meaningful changes that aren’t being proposed that would actually have an impact, unlike what the gun control crowd routinely suggests:
Pedantic time:
I saw the GIF of the C130 above the forest and I had flash backs to getting lectured on what to do in the case of a tree landing after jumping out of one. Also what to do if the C130 you are in is getting ready to crash and you have a parachute on. Which is Jump out and let the Air Force guys deal with the crash.
Testosterone levels. I don’t feel I need to address your confusion with sticky as I feel it is not honest.
I honestly don’t know, and I frankly don’t care. I do know that the ruling is specific and that while it’s a shitty situation, I’d rather not care at all what her genetic makeup or sex organs are and require her to hit a T-level threshold than wade into the very sticky situation of what constitutes a female.
This continues to be one of the worst, most naive takes on Deadspin. Sometimes, you can’t operate on what you wish was true and you have to operate on what *is* true.
This stupid thing is said *every* time here and it’s still wrong. Phelps is competing against literally everyone. Semenya is competing against a subset limited to women, while possessing a significant advantage of having male testosterone.
In regards to your Phelps example, let’s say swimming had two divisions; one for people with short arms and one for people with long arms. Phelps and his freakishly long arms qualify for the long arm division. Do you think it would be fair for him to compete in the short arm division?
That’s a picture of him before he starting taking steroids.
i dont follow giants football; is this a picture of him, or his son in pee wee?
It’s still newer than the Nissan Z. Might as well just put it back on the market.
