they don’t survey literally everyone who buys a new car. they do a random sampling to get a statistically significant selection of new car buyers.
2 years on and our KIA is still put together great, nothing rattles, infotainment works as designed(has all features including navigation not just base unit), and runs like a top. Aside from residual value(won’t matter a lot by the time we plan to sell/trade) and finding a dealer that didn't suck our KIA experience…
Except the survey is now skewed to infotainment and technology questions and not actual mechanical issues.
