I was ready to say the Mini costs and weighs too much, but the numbers are $30k (minus tax rebate) and 3000 lbs. This is actually a good option, assuming you ignore the glut of used electrics on the market.

Publishing a lower range isn't going to reduce warranty claims by itself, but limiting the battery capacity artificially will definitely reduce battery warranty claims. That said, it's a crappy corner to cut on a $180k+ vehicle.
So which testing method do Teslas employ? What about the Kia Soul EV, which has a 20% greater EPA range than the Taycan at 20% of the cost?
Obligatory:
No, it is worse because the X-series crossovers were in addition to RWD car options. This FWD 2-series is really instead of a RWD 2-series.
Just defensive of good design, I guess. I figured you were implying an insult when drawing a comparison to a rental Altima.
I just struggle to see how anyone would want to save $1400 and take the CX-3 over the CX-30. Maybe there'll be massive discounts.
They really should've just priced it at $21k to begin with.
That's a good shot of the two-tone interior.
The CX-3 isn’t listed on Mazda’s website for 2020 vehicles, so you might get your wish.
So it's simple, straightforward, and usable? Is this something we really need to be criticizing? Would you rather have your climate controls buried in a touchscreen menu?
The real question is: why didn’t they use this D-pillar on the Mazda3 hatchback? I’m not sure if that tiny aft window is real or fake, but it does wonders for the styling compared to an awkward curvy expanse of metal.
And the fastback while you’re at it!
What happens if you recently went to a gun range? The swab tests positive and they waste even more of everyone’s time?
But then you’d have to upgrade the fuel injectors, fuel pump, shafts, rods, valves, sleeves, etc. to handle the extra power.
That’s like being the most attractive person at a leper colony.
Were there Real People involved?
The “Blazer” already has it, too.
It’s definitely not a competition anymore.
