I just finished my first semester of grad school and the head of my lab praised me for doing well in the last week. It was a super tiny thing, but it made me pretty happy because it’s been a rough semester.

Aww, what a pretty, pale kitty!
Dangit, first the FF one, and now this one! So many things I want to wear!
AHHH. I want it too.
First day of winter break after finishing up my first semester of grad school! I wanted to do something fun to celebrate, but I’m feeling kind of icky, so low-key Saturday it is.
This is The Black Cat! He is pretty shy, but he likes me because I captivated him with knitting. He loves to have his belly rubbed.

Marshmallows are alright, in their place, but that place is NOT ON SWEET POTATOES. * gags *

“...claiming that their chromosomal charts were off and that he needed to perform a private examination of their vaginal areas to determine whether they were men or women.”
Listening to a cat documentary while I write a review paper about the effects of wastewater treatment plant effluent on sediment-associated river microbial communities. (What a mouthful, sheesh.)
Aaaahhhh, I hope she’s okay!
I want that Biology poster and also the Bacterium 2 print. I would put them in my “office” to encourage me.
Diablo II image header made me incredibly nostalgic all of a sudden.
Me too. Maybe supplement my tiny grad student stipend...
.... Well, if the artist says so.
