I knew him from the Swift cover album and being the artist performing at the end of Judd Apatow’s “This is 40.” That scene really isn’t going to work anymore, which is personally sad because I liked that movie.

Blue Velvet is an American masterpiece, so I’m definitely picking that up.

Yeah “The Wendigo” is less famous than “Harold” but it’s one of the scariest stories in the whole set.

Well if we’re being declarative: he absolutely was Best Supporting Actor good. It was one of the great performances of 2018.

Spotlight won Best Picture in 2015. Also nominated was Bridge of Spies. I can’t remember if Inside Out was nominated. But those are all excellent movies.

Sarandon was incredible in Dead Man Walking, and I say that as someone who is very annoyed by her in modern times. Don’t get where you’re getting a “career” reward for that.
