Why *should* it be Valve’s responsibility to decide what people are not allowed to play?

This is just another example of Valve punting away all responsibility.

This is just another example of Valve punting away all responsibility.

Facebook and Twitter are both tying themselves in knots trying to police content, and they’re still failing and receiving criticism.

“There will be people throughout the Steam community who hate your games, and hope you fail to find an audience, and there will be people here at Valve who feel exactly the same way. However, offending someone shouldn’t take away your game’s voice. We believe you should be able to express yourself like everyone else,

My son moved out 2 years ago when he was 19. His plan was to live with his girlfriend’s parents. When they got tired of that, they moved in with my parents, for which I will never forgive my parents. Now they’re back with his girlfriend’s parents. It’s devastating for me as a mother. He has mental health diagnoses and

This is such nonsense. As a high school teacher, former teenager and mother I cannot fathom how completely out of touch and deluded Jada Smith can possibly be. Like, almost devastatingly out of touch. This is the same mother who defended her adolescent daughter lolling around with a nineteen year old in bed too. When

i remember in my mid 20's, im 48 now, there was a guy that had the bright idea of selling weed. It got him some really nice rims, and house company.....................and cops.

Agreed, I think that gives them the “cause,” even though such things are no doubt commonplace. Obviously, there’s a big difference between pillow talk and twitter broadcasting. The medical info alone is a big problem.

He’s a douchecanoe; end of story.

Seriously! When I was 15 I thought I deserved out too. Now that I’m in my 30s, I’m endlessly wishing I could just go home and be taken care of.

Not to mention that he clearly shared information with his wife, which she then divulged. He can be fired for that reason alone.

This is the exact explanation of being 15.

There was apparently an interview with him later on where he was like “oh, I’m never leaving home. Everything in my house is free.”

The Smith family reminds me a lot of the sanctimonious rich parents I grew up around that bragged about how independent all their kids were while they ignored them to go on adult vacations to Necker Island, and then threw trust funds at them to “support” them through college, and then were shocked when their kids died

It really does not matter if his wife acted alone and he had no knowledge of what she was doing. The perception is there, among the players, that they are not “safe” with him as GM. Arguably this safety is its own sort of bubble but it is a very real component of the day-to-day machinations of running a pro sports

EVERY 15 year old thinks they are grown up, their parents are holding them back and they need to move out. One good thing about being lower middle class, my parents could just reply “How are you planning to pay for that?”

I’m appalled by this website’s treatment of people of collar.

I gotta say, the “It’s a normal collar, find a new slant” tweet becomes a little less comical and a little more sweet if that was the wife who dressed the man.

I think this undersells Pippen. Pippen is, in my opinion, a top 20 all time guy. Insane defender, quality ball handler, ok shooter from 3 by the standards of the time, stupidly athletic, and yeah, ill reiterate a phenomenal defender. Pippen was a truly elite player.
