If James May makes a another series of 'Big Wine Adventures' with Oz Clarke, I hope they drive around in this:
An industrial road between Hartlepool and Middlesbrough which is smooth enough, except at one long corner which has waves in it. When you're on it, the left hand side of the car starts bouncing up and down horribly.
Gotta give him points for the 360 spins. Liked that they grounded it while reversing into the warehouse.
Monster Truck or a McLaren F1.
Looks like an old soviet limo used to transport ministers through St. Petersberg.
Headlights look to me like they're from an Alfa Romeo.
Was Super Soul driving?
The Devil drives a Honda.
Didn't remember Kowalski being so fat.
I don't like this sort of posing stuff as its so boring. The girl obviously couldn't care less about cars and is simply doing it for the paycheck. She'd be posing on top of a washing machine if there was a demand for that sort of thing (actually thinking about it, there probably is).
The rear half is an awful mess, notice they had to cut a notch in the roof fabric to allow access to the fuel flap, and the rear doors look terrible with the window frames left in.
While its a very good idea to have these guys at popular places where kids cross the road and at zebra crossings, so drivers can better see people wanting to cross, why are they also placed at cross walks controlled by lights? They press the crossing button, the lights turn, traffic stops, and they walk out and guard…
In defence of the Smart, it does use a fancy Tridion Safety Cell which activates the crumple zones of the other guys car to protect the passengers (though it does subject the passengers to higher forces then in other cars
Sabine in New Mini, vs. Honda powered vintage Mini van:
@boognish: thats the first time i've ever laughed so hard at one of these posts. Literally guffaw-worthy.
Hmmm... not convinced. Close up shots like on the rear vent look convincing, but further away it looks fakey. I'd be convinced if someone did walk up to it and interact, even if they just walked around it, leaned on it, or touched it.
Or, you know, you could just drive it between home and car shows...
Sprint for hood scoop and stupid spoiler
The rear of that thing is a Suzuki Jimny
