Well, Kamala fulfills five of the things you listed that Biden needs in a VP (we can quibble on “progressive”). I agree that Biden does have a large proportion of the black vote already and maybe he would want to pick a VP that would shore up the Latinx vote instead. Castro would be a good VP.

Yup.  It’s.....pretty horrific.  I hope the editors use a heavy hand in removing as much of her footage as possible, because I do NOT want to see someone who coerced multiple people into filming degrading scenes and urged at least one person to abuse steroids.

Ironically, your mom actually had free childcare....she did it herself, for free, while working several jobs. (Unless I missed part of the story and you actually went to day care for awhile.) Yup. I’m thinking the first female POTUS will get there via being a vice president first. This country cannot seem to handle a woman aiming for the presidency. Why, that’s just so....unlikable!

Calling it now: the first female POTUS will be a woman of color, who becomes president because she was the vice president of a man who died in office.

The American Physical Society just cancelled their annual meeting (with over 10,000 attendees) the day before it was scheduled to start. Nope. Testosterone is a performance-enhancing drug. That’s scientifically proven. If a transwoman has taken the appropriate hormones to lower her testosterone levels to the range seen for women, then she can compete. If she still has a testosterone level seen for males, then it is not fair to the other competitors.
