I think $2 per day for older titles is fine...like redbox, but top off at $20 to own it. Maybe even say if you rent for 5 days ($10) and then you can buy the game for $10 more if the PSN price is $20. There are so many better ways to do this than these ridiculous prices.

as far as #2 goes there are sniper rifles with unlocks that can shoot ammo boxes to collect them...this helped me snipe, I just set up in view of a green box spawn or when they dropped from kills
