This is Cop 2's bodycam. Cop 1 gets there first, orders Clark to show his hands -gun!- as Cop 2 runs up. Cop 1 jumps back, pulling Cop 2 with him. Then Cop 1 tells him to show his hands -gun!gun!gun! Cop 2 fires several times, pauses, then they both fire. 10 seconds total.
