He is a fabulous writer; however, I think his tv and film adaptations make him look like a hack to the general public. I like a few of his movies, but his books are well-written and have many layers. Of course, there is “The Body” which is one of the best stories and film adaptations in recent history.

Anna Torv is really way to good to leave fallow. In Fringe she gave one of those performances that I started out thinking sucked, only to realize that this was what good acting looks like when you’ve got a certain type of character who’s very under-represented.

Because any 8 year old who gets up at that time is probably in military school. Duh.

Teen Titans Go

Only because I just saw it on tv but teen titans go has a pretty good one that made me chortle. Frogger, Zelda, pacman, and Mario are all referenced.

I'm the music teacher. My rating is based on how the kids do on their math/science and reading tests. So logical. . . . . .

Kids have been finishing the test in record time and have told teachers that they just don't care. They have absolutely no incentive to do well. It doesn't go on their transcripts, they don't get money for it, they don't get time off, they don't get to graduate early, they don't get college credit, and they lose class…

Common core is a joke and the whole world knows it.
