It looks to me like something went wrong during the design process of this game. Shouldn't they try to avoid problems like this instead of semi-patching them by bundling the game with a piece of plastic?
That's what always gets to me. Online games are always so... temporary. Sooner or later servers are being shut down. Example: Demon's Souls is (apparently) going to be shut down in 2012 as well, and was originally supposed to go offline in October 2011.

Also, as spoonTRex already mentioned, there's a really irritating thing happening in your activities log after you switch memory cards (which has happened to me): When you start a game you've already played and received trophies for and what not, it still says "user X has played game Y for the first time!"

As far as I know, you have to re-input system settings like WLAN and everything else you changed. That's why I didn't bother with this; I don't want to input my 26 bytes long WLAN key every time I want to check out the stores on my other PSN accounts.
