I bought these about 3 or 4 years ago because I got tired of corded ear buds or headphones being ripped from my ear while working out at the gym. When lifting weights, having wires from a phone to the headphones really get in the way. I had the Motorola Bluetooth headphones like those shown in another post, but they…
I get your point about them being ugly, however I have often considered getting a pair, because I work with power tools for a living and it is much safer for me and my devices to not have the cable hanging from my ears down to where ever I have my phone. Typically I have a Bluetooth speaker that allows me to hear…
Seriously though, not sure why people are hating on these so much. I like to run, a lot, and the only thing worse than catching the cord with your arm and destroying your phone/headphones is using the crappy earbuds that slip out of your ear as soon as you sweat.
Counterpoint: you don’t have to worry about your headphone cord getting caught on something and ripping the earbuds out of your ears, which is literally the most irrationally infuriating thing in the goddamn universe.
Are they ugly as shit? Yes. Yes they are.
Will they stay in my fucking ears while I run or mow?
If the answer is yes, I could give a fuck how they look.
What a twat.
Have you entertained the possibility that you are just getting old and don't understand these kids nowadays?
If you’re a smoker looking for a “healthier” cigarette you may have turned to American Spirits in recent years.…
Most of the Apple apps on windows are crap because of all the bullshit Apple likes to install along side it. There are ways to split out the installation to only install itunes and leave out a lot of the extras. 7zip works great for this.
I can’t tell if the new app is just designed for a different demographic, but ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO BE ABLE TO SHUFFLE ALL OF MY MUSIC AND SKIP SONGS!
This.
Yep, by the time you are an expert at python, it will have tanked down to Perl levels. Language popularity is fickle.
Totally disagree with this. If you’re interested in programming, you should be learning the basics and fundamentals; not trying to learn a specific language based on the “job” you want. A true programmer can work in any language, given there might be a few days of review of syntax, documentation, etc. when switching…
Apple's iMac 27" 5k Retina. Great specs. Awesome display and reasonable priced. Plus it looks beautiful.
I was going to make this joke but then realized I fell into the category. v.v
Is this the "I have no friends to trade the unique pokemon to that version edition"
For those of you who don't play pokemon.
Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners can create searchable PDFs. This takes a bit longer since the OCR is done in real time instead of in the background if you upload it to Evernote. I imagine the Canon scanners can do this too. The really paranoid people store their scanned docs in a True Crypt volume on their thumb drive.
Great tutorial on this, and I never woulda thought about the eye-fi card.
