#23 - This might well be the "War Games" reference - recall the psychic cube the Doctor used in Episode 9 of "The War Games" to send a message summoning the Time Lords? Perhaps the Doctor gets a cube from Idris?

Damn you, Ming!
Aw, that's just adorable. It's fab to see these iconic performers having fun with their surreal sci-fi gig. Nice relationship with their Muppety studio neighbors, too.
@Technogamer1992: Right, but they were always based on the still-existing original props. They might have fiddled with gunboxes or the angle of the back end or how long the eye-stalk was, but a Dalek in 1989 was nearly identical to one from 1963 in all but the detailing.
@LREKing: I do. However, I can safely assume that anyone reading & replying to posts about Dr Who on the internet probably do.
"The Daleks actually have changed quite a lot over the years."
I would post my reactions but I seem to have something in my eye...
@Rossum: Yeah, right? Dee-LISH.
"Yer not matin' with me, sunshine!"
Doctor Orpheus is surprisingly fit.
@SeeingI: If I may quote myself, "I get the heebie-jeebies imagining Rocky Horror as a sort of High School Musical for the Hot Topic set. "
LEAVE IT ALONE. If Fox execs want another Rocky Horror property to milk, mount a really excellent stage production and film it for DVD.
@videobeagle: My thoughts EXACTLY.
The funniest bits of this episode were Hank's "hard-boiled" facial expressions, with his jutting jaw and pursed lips. Hilarious character work.
So, are these the only little glimpses we'll get? I was hoping for a few dialogue scenes or something.
@David Neil: Don't you recall the song from "My Fair Lady"? "Oh Wouldn't It Be Liverly"?
This is an incredibly sensible decision. Putting these lumpy, off-model new Daleks in the background as some kind of Supreme Council or whatnot, with (no doubt red-painted) RTD Daleks as the massed soldiery is pretty much the only way to salvage the incredible mis-fire of this redesign.
How much milk can you get from the same damn cow???
That Adam Rickett thing is a hoax. Look at the fine print at the bottom.
@Stem_Sell: If you're talking Season 1, then based on my reading of your taste I'd say go for Episodes 3, 6, 9, 10, 12 & 13.
