C/R really needs to split this category into functional reliability and convenience reliability. There is a huge different between your car not starting in the morning and your infotainment interface crashing and requiring you to turn the car off and back on again to fix.

Cadillac gets killed because of it’s infotainment system. I mentioned from a story last week that CR will kill a car because of its UI. Hypothetically if Cadillac and I’m sure others on the list, hypothetically offered and analogue model this whole reliability thing would be different.
