While I am suspect that most folks can have that much success in a short amount of time on that program, the foundation of this workout is very solid.

This is something I battle constantly in my professional life. I highly recommend Tim Urban’s series on procrastination, specifically the “Procrastination Matrix.” I battle many of the same foes that he describes in that series in my job on a daily basis.

One big advantage to business class tickets, typically if traveling internationally (I am in the US), is lounge access.

When it comes to overpaid contracts given to NFL quarterbacks, the list has to start with JaMarcus Russell.

My ‘55 Bel-Air is my “forever” car.  Not a trailer queen, nor a 100 point car, but stirs my emotions each time I am out on the road behind the wheel.  Many great memories made with this car and looking forward to many more to come.

Respectfully disagree - this was an exciting start to the 2019 season and portends a competitive season to come. Outside of the common sight of the Silver Arrow 1,2, a great deal of action is in store.

The 1st MY scenarios I would be leery of would be those with entirely new powertrains that are not broadly used across the lineup. My dream would be to get my hands on a CT6-V, but the 1st year of the brand new Blackwing would make me nervous.
