I came.

I love this car. I could see it possibly replacing my NA at some point in my imagined future where I have money and a garage.

That's a nice one.

Here are some of my favorites (most of which I've never seen before now):

It does sound nice. And looks much better in black sans two-tone look.

Everything. Most people don't know anything about how a car works. I'm not one of those people, but I'm also fortunate to have a great mechanic who specializes in my specific car and just does what I ask him to without trying to sell me on anything if theres something I dont want to do myself.

Fun Miata Trick: If you press the headlight button rapidly you can sometimes get the motors to go out of synch and they will wink.

Didnt notice that and didnt know that existed, but now I want it.

What's better? If you'd take that GT86 over a McLaren, I'd have to question your sanity.

Forza does support a manual transmission with a clutch. GT probably does too, but I havent played it in 10 years.

Its still a sequential transmission, they are just pulling a lever back and forth to shift up/down instead of using paddles. Also, your argument makes sense for cars that actually use paddle shifters, but if I'm driving a Jaguar D Type its not a very realistic experience.

That SA RX-7 is in beautfiul shape. If I had money and a garage I think I'd have to scoop it up.

They just ripped off the Shelby GR-1 concept and stretched it over a GT?...

Thats a windshield wiper....

If the new Mustang is actually more of a sports car and less of a muscle car, I might actually want one. Even a V6. Though I totally get why people who like muscle cars might want to tear their wifebeaters off in frustration at the thought.

If you didn't say brakes, you're wrong.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that I'm afraid of working on a car. I've replaced the entire suspension on my car among many other things. When I said maintenance on a Porsche would cost much more than a Subaru, I was referring to parts. Anyway, it appears this intelligent conversation has reached a dead end, so

You're right. You are definitely more of a True Car Guy than all of us. Enjoy driving off on your high horse.

I've owned only 2 seater, RWD sports cars since I started driving about 10 years ago. Up until now, its been great. However, I've increasingly been annoyed with the lack of utility a modified NA Miata will bring you. I even hardly ever "need" to drive - I take the bus to work every day during the week, and might

Right, except for insurance, maintenance, and gas. "Not a true car guy"... lol. Grow up.
