Newell is not exactly vocal about HR stuff. Whatever James did to piss the management of Valve off, it must have been big.

Niether. They will be held in contempt. Then they will file a motion, and the a counter motion, and so on and so on.

People keep saying this, but only the media has proposed this idea. I can find no one in the EPA, Volkswagen, or anyone with the actual authority to try and force a buyback part of the agreement float it as a serious idea.

for that full purchase price buy back.

On most of the Internet, this is just called Fetish porn.

Blue team (despite existing in the background) was essentially huge info dump of new characters for most players. As far as most people knew, Master Chief was the last Spartan II in existence. 343 RELIED on other people having read the novels (and watched “Nightfall”) and it fell flat.

“Asahi offered Parker a refund — if, that is, she agrees to remove her Facebook post that’s now reached 7,000 shares.”

The entire Osiris team thing in Halo 5 bored me to tears. I think Buck was a last-minute “We really should add some character here” decision.

I think if you entered HS in 2000, you’re not a millennial. If your whole childhood took place in the 90s, I think it’s tough to call you a Millennial. If you remember the OG Power Rangers but pretended to be “too old” to care about the movie when it came out, you’re not a millennial.

If you were in high school before the year 2000, you’re not a Millenial. If you actively remember 1991. If you saw Jurassic Park in theaters. If you saw The Lion King in theaters and remember all of it (not, “well I was there in a car seat”) you’re not a Millennial.

You’d be surprised.

At some point everyone goes “eh fuck it” and settle. Your standards get lower as you meet lower and lower standards.

People who opt to get engaged later in life often have greater disposable income to spend on engagement rings, providing a natural comp tailwind for jewelry retailers.

I am well aware of how the process works, but you seem unfamiliar with the concept of hyperbole.

Fair point, but the LEGO Minecraft set only came after HUGE support from the community. They basically begged LEGO to make it happen, and Minecraft was already basically LEGO the video game (broadly speaking).

What fountain of youth is Todd McFarlane drinking from?

My guess is Bungie didn’t spearhead this relationship - Activision did. They already have a reactionship with Megablocks via CoD.

Honestly LEGO’s violence standards are a bit less strict nowadays. That said, Mega Blocks already has a contract with Activision via CoD, so this was likely an extension of that arrangement and existing relationship, rather than something wholesale. LEGO doesn’t do video game tie-ins.

Schmidt may be a great driver, and perhaps she’s awesome in her native German, for German Top Gear, but the few times she’s appeared on actual Top Gear she’s been dry, dull, and boring. Worse than Faust, and he has the personality of slightly burnt toast.

Except Cody is a dirty traitor.
