Such a great film. Why remake it only 20 years later? Dumb.

Been a fan since ‘In America’. Brilliant actor!

Fingers crossed that in a week it will be like the first episode of The Walking Dead, with ‘Dont Open This Door’ sprayed across the front of the White House. In orange tanning spray.

And the last place you’ll go? Purgatory.

What a peach!

I can’t wait to unobtain a ticket!

Watched The Devil All The Time. Relentlessly bleak. Tom Holland was good. Not sure I would recommend it. Started 2nd season of Criminal UK and so far, quite compelling. Sophie Okonedo is terrific.

Watched Free Solo at TIFF. The filmmakers and Honnold were sitting a few rows in front of me, and I was still terrified something  bad would happen to him. It was amazing.

Terrible actor. He still can’t do a believable American accent.

Dennis Quaid has got to stop with the plastic surgery. He’s turning into Mickey Rourke.

The female assassin archetype has seen many variations since Luc Besson’s ’90s heyday...’, like The Long Kiss Goodnight starring...Geena Davis!

I watched one episode because I heard Kathleen Turner was in it playing his ex. It was not good.

It gets much better. I didnt care for season 1 but hung in there because I’m Canadian. Really gets great by season 3.

Those were the ‘Creative Arts’ Emmys. The ones they never show on the broadcast.

Dble post!

Well done Erik! So proud of my fellow Canadians!

Saw it today, in Toronto. About 10 people in the theatre. Felt very safe. The film itself was confusing, going to have to look online for an explainer. Some great set pieces, and Washington was terrific. Branagh was there having lunch AND dinner with the scenery though.

Ok Nana!

Watched Young Wallender on Netflix. Mediocre story, and the lead, while gorgeous and often shirtless, was bland and has an odd distracting voice. The only good thing about it was the topnotch directing/cinematography. Pretty brilliant for a tv series.

Ghislaine Maxwell, if she’s free.
