No offense, but you don’t understand how it works. As a series lead on a popular network show, she was likely making anywhere from 400-500k per episode. If she’s asking for that for a guest star appearance, then that’s bananas and no production company would pay that as it sets a precedent. 

How does a community of that size afford his salary?

Netflix or some other streaming service should pick it up. It was just getting great.
