What would you do as the head coach of a team that had allegations against two of your players, for this conduct if the prosecutor did not authorize charges and stated that no crime occurred?

Until recently I would say Star Wars fans, comic books, all of those sub-cultural things that are now stamped cool would be considered guilty pleasures.  

So you wish a player getting yelled at would have killed him. And you’re upset with Izzo for screaming at him?  You sound like a level-headed human being.

So he should have kicked them off the team because there were allegations that the County Prosecutor would not file charges on, and went as far as to say that no crime was committed?  Ok, got it. 

Because it’s not a big deal.  At all.  

Easy, it’s the time when everyone suddenly got a voice and whoever can yell the loudest and make the most noise gets the most attention. We live in a time that if you don’t agree with my opinions or sensibilities, not only are you wrong, but you are a terrible, horrible person who should be punished, publicly…

but you’re comparing your little kid to Henry who is almost 20.  I think Izzo was excessive, but I can’t believe the amount of legs this non-story is getting.  

Stop making issues out of non-issues.  

Counterpoint, if you want to throw allegations out as facts, do a little research on what he enabled his players to do.

It’s not one or the other.  Yes, they should be paid.  Handsomely.

People don’t want to know the full story. Did it look bad? Sure it did. Clearly these people with the answers to all of life’s unasked questions don’t watch college basketball aside from the tournament. Now it’s a problem. Now it’s a story. Sensationalism at it’s finest. Nuance is dead.
