Just out of curiousity, anyone have an idea about what % of that settlement will actually go to the victims?  

I guess I’m confused how a lawsuit settlement between a University and sexual assault victims would have any say on laws being passed or not passed.  That’s really strange.  

Absolutely.  We just did a long road trip last week and 15 min of research beforehand proved invaluable scouting out a playground on the first half of the trip.  Picnic lunch, kids get to run around for a half hour or so.  Worked well.
