GMG’s playfire addressed the backlog problem... once.. rewarding people store credits for achievements in games new and old within a time period (Got my DR3 with those credits). Unfortunately they overhauled the rewarding system, and seems to be more focused on newly release games now

I had a similar program from a PT a while back, 10 mins cardio (5mins cycling + 5 going up and down the stairs with push ups in between), followed by 20-30 mins of circuit training, finished off with 5mins cardio and 5 mins of stretching.
