Please read “Character Disturbance” by George K.Simon. He is a real square but has excellent advice about identifying and dealing with manipulators. This is what this nephew is, first and foremost.

Or local rescues. Or post the food for free on CL. When you are poor free pet food can really, really help.
Plus the correct fit/style will be 1000x more comfortable.
Congrats on the house but FFS - go up a bra band size and down a cup size ie a 34G will become a 36F (etc.). You need a bra band extender because your band size is way too tight, girl ! Before the new house eats all your $$$$ go and get professionally fitted at an established bra store (NOT Victoria’s Secret or other…
1. Donna L. - you as a transwoman have a 0% lifetime chance of having a uterine fibroid or uterine, ovarian or endometrial cancer.
Well aren’t you special !
“ Not all drug trials” BUT:
Enjoy your complicated gender identity, which no doubt requires a 1000 word essay to describe, plus a thesarus of pronouns that change from week to week.
From what I’ve read fibroids regress and shrink after menopause. I feel like I am aware of their presence - like they almost feel a little like constipation- but don’t pain me otherwise. I’ve also read about huge fibroids that were restricting bowel and bladder function - obviously those would need to go !
Well snowflake, what is your gender ? What is your sex ? What are your chromosomes ? Are you a bi XY man married to a transman ? Are you two transmen ?
Look - I didn’t write that article, and could not remember the name of the transman who died. But you’re all inflamed and indignant, and utterly missing the point.
Look - if I barged in to comment on the report of how a transman recently died* as a result of a hysterectomy, with a comment about all the straight married women I know who’ve had them are perfectly fine, and there must have been something different about this late transman THAT would be heternormative.
Yes, a particular cancer affecting XX individuals reproductive organs plus an inferior level of care with a dangerous surgical tool that is fatal = heternormative.
I currently have several fibroids. I had a super scary brush with endometrial cancer symptoms a few years ago. Prior to this I suffered from agonizing periodic bloating that made me look 5-6 months pregnant a few days a month for YEARS, and was so uncomfortable I could not sleep. My (female) GP was dismissive and of…
This article is about a doctor, a woman, who was given a procedure using an instrument that spread her undiagnosed uterine cancer throughout her abdominal cavity. Despite being a doctor, and having assurances from her gynecologist about the safety of this procedure, what she was told was based on false data from the…
This is what the Centre for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research says:
“But what about the (trans)men ?”
Some serious questions should be asked about the physician who did this then.
Dude, you better make an appointment with Dr. Google, because NO hysterectomy is performed by grinding up the darn thing. None !
The majority of those transdudes (aka XX) probably did not have uterine fibroids, so the banning of the morcellator would be of little significance for their procedure.
