Don’t blame the victim !

The mystery of why Lena Dunham has some very poor boundaries has been solved.

Really, really bad. What DOES her father think and feel about women as human beings I wonder ? Lena never identifies herself as the child of artists. I wonder why ?

Her mother is an artist too, but nowhere near as atrocious as dad. I feel mortified looking at his paintings - they are just so awful. Conceptually, the execution of then, the persistent theme - crudely painted women with baboon vulvas. Ugh.

Look up Lena Dunham’s father, Carroll Dunham for a good explanation of why his daughter is like this. Specifically, look at his paintings.

Don’t leave out the Narcissistic Personality Disorder in Kanye. I think he IS mentally ill, but the NPD makes dealing with this extra challenging. Plus the nest of snakes he married into.

Sorry, you spelt dicks incorrectly. As in “What a bunch of dicks”.

Not All Men, that’s who.

The only difference between now and when I grew up (late 70's - mid 80's) is that kids these days have the technological ability to record the assault, then amplify the emotional and social indignity to the victim by sharing it, and having law enforcement, judges, etc, view the assault footage who refuse to accept

Please have a look at Chump Lady’s site. It will feel heartrending at first, but the advice is strong and sensible, plus loads of comments from others in the same boat. I am so, so sorry you are in this situation.

Yikes ! Tea Tree Oil can be super toxic for cats:

Does the stuff have valerian or honeysuckle in it ? Because that drives some cats bonkers.

This actually happened to me TWICE that year. Once it was a guy I knew (in the small town) and it happened a few months later in the city with some creep - a complete stranger - that followed me home in the middle of the afternoon. This is what I was told BOTH times by law enforcement dispatch. The police drove by in

Alexis Arquette was so fantastic as Georgette in “Last Exit To Brooklyn”.

I think gender suspicious is a much more interesting way of describing it.

Triggers are so very particular to the context that the trauma occurred in. Like a smell can be wonderful (fresh lilacs) but if you were assaulted near a lilac tree it could become a disgusting and triggering smell.

Victim is not the REAL victim according to the abuser. All his pals/enablers stand up for him, reject her. She gets abused a second time plus ostracized.

When I was 19 a scary drunk dude came and rang the doorbell at my parent’s house while I was alone. Like he circled the house and rang the doorbell almost constantly for an hour in the middle of the night. This was in a very small town. The local police were gone overnight - the police dispatch operator couldn’t send

Plus also a famous narcissist father, with a history of abusive behaviour towards women. Now a martyr - so all the bad documented stuff is supposed to be ignored.
